Japan's Goverment
Japan has a parliamentary government with a constitutional monarchy. It's capital is Tokyo. Japan’s legislature is called a Diet, it contains the House of Representatives which include 480 members, and the House of Councilors which have 242 members. The Executive cabinet is led by the Prime Minister. The cabinet has ministers which are chosen by the Prime Minster himself and are usually apart of the Diet.
The Supreme Court is the highest Judiciary court. . The chief is assigned by the Monarch after approval by the cabinet. Any other justice is assigned by the cabinet. All the other courts that're ranked below the Supreme court; courts like the district courts, high courts, family courts, and summary courts the judges if those courts are appointed by the cabinet.
